If the church today could just live up to these two things then it would be doing well! We have two banners 'Hunger for God' and 'Heart for People' that help us remember what we are called to do.
Christian Celebration really wants to worship God and share His love in our community and the world. We think it's important to teach the Bible in ways that are relevant and practical, and to encourage each of our members to be active in the life and mission of the church.
We don't think that its a co-incidence that we are based in Wootton Village & Wootton Fields, Northampton, in fact we think that God can use us to serve you - the people in this area and who may be interested in this church. We like to make ourselves known as a church and get God known in the community.
Reaching out to the local community: Over the last year we have done this in a variety of ways. Summer BBQ's for families & their friends at Caroline Chisholm. Candle Light Christmas Services. Games, Cakes & Prayer Tent at Walk In The Park
in Wootton Fields. The GAP - a Friday night youth group at Wootton Trinity centre. KIDZONE at Wootton Fields. And Cafe Church on the first Sunday of every month at 10am at Wootton Trinity centre. We feel we have been put here to serve our community. If you need us to do anything, just get in touch. We love people.
